KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Potters Bar, HertfordshirePart-Time | Mornings Only (5 Days per Week) | Minimum 1-Year Contract Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate) Potential to Increase to Full-Time from January | Permanent Opportunity from April Salary: £95 - £125 per day (FTE) Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and highly regarded primary school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, to recruit a caring and dedicated KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide tailored one-to-one support for a Key Stage 2 pupil, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive school environment. The role is part-time, working mornings only (5 days per week) from September (or sooner for the successful candidate). There is the possibility for the position to increase to full-time hours from January, depending on the needs of the pupil and the school. The contract is offered on a minimum one-year basis, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff from April for the right candidate.
