My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring engagement with front office and RR teams, whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You'll bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of KYC processes. The following skills / experience is essential: • Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations. • Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes. • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Strong Banking / Financial Services background. • Excellent communication skills.
