Job description

Our Client Our Client, a global consumer products business is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing workforce capability, training compliance and operational excellence across its manufacturing facilities. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Health & Safety and People teams, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of training initiatives that ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and compliance required to perform safely and effectively. The role Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate site-wide training plans and compliance activities • Deliver and facilitate a range of training programmes, including SOP, behavioural and project-based training • Maintain training matrices, records, management information and compliance reporting • Conduct training needs analysis and skills-gap assessments • Support manufacturing projects through training readiness and capability planning • Manage external training providers and training budgets • Ensure audit-ready training records and compliance standards are maintained • Coach and support managers to build capability and promote continuous improvement About you Successful candidates will have experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or Training Compliance within a manufacturing, operations or industrial environment; • Strong knowledge of training delivery, learning principles and evaluation techniques • Experience maintaining training records, compliance systems and management information • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Knowledge of health & safety, SOP governance and compliance requirements would be advantageous What's on offer This is a stellar opportunity to join a globally recognised consumer products business as well as gaining exposure to international stakeholders and best-practice learning initiatives.
