Laboratory Research Associate required for an accomplished Pharma/Sciences client! Key Experience Required: We seek enthusiastic candidates with specific experience. The ideal candidate will possess: • Hands on experience working in a similar position within a lab environment • Experience of designing, developing and optimising cell based and biochemical assays to support early-stage programmes and target validation activities • Proven in supporting development projects • Experience in maintenance, calibration and use of LCMS systems • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences). • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace challenges.
