The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically capable Laboratory Technician to join an expanding team. You’ll perform hands-on calibrations, drive quality standards, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and technical accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out calibration work, method validation, and uncertainty calculations • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and internal quality procedures • Produce accurate technical reports in line with client requirements • Promote calibration best practices and safety protocols • Support process improvements and drive efficiency • Help resolve technical issues and customer concerns • Identify customer needs and support service enhancement • Maintain calibration equipment and ensure regular upkeep • Assist with internal and external audit readiness • Liaise with the Quality team to ensure procedural compliance Benefits • £28,000 – £34,000 salary depending on experience • Up to 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays • Christmas shutdown • Flexible working hours • Free onsite parking • Employee ownership model Ready for a new challenge in a thriving technical environment?
