LabourerLocation: EX10 9TE Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support operational and maintenance teams across various sites and public areas. This is a physically demanding role that involves working outdoors and assisting with a range of manual tasks. You'll play an important part in helping to maintain safe, clean and well presented environments for residents and visitors. Responsibilities • Carrying out general labouring duties • Assisting tradespeople and maintenance teams as required • Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment • Site clearance and keeping work areas clean and tidy • Supporting maintenance, environmental and improvement projects • Following health and safety procedures at all times • Reporting hazards, defects and safety concerns • Using tools and equipment safely and correctly • Working as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently Requirements • Reliable, punctual and hardworking • Able to carry out physically demanding work • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Good communication and teamwork skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Good understanding of health and safety practices • Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential • Previous labouring, construction, grounds maintenance or similar experience would be advantageous Apply NowIf you're interested in this opportunity, please apply to this advert and Kim will be in touch. --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
