Laminator | Normanton Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Shift Pattern / Hours: Alternating Weeks Mon-Thurs 7am-3:30pm and 11am-7:30pm | Fridays 7am-3:30pm every week. We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing UK signage manufacturer with over 40 years of industry experience. Renowned for delivering high-quality signage and visual solutions for a diverse client base, they are looking to welcome a Laminator to their production team. If you have experience in laminating large-format graphics or print finishing, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a Laminator, you'll play a key role in ensuring printed graphics are finished to the highest possible standard before they leave production. Working accurately and efficiently, you'll help deliver outstanding products for a wide variety of signage and display projects. What You'll Be Doing • Operating laminating equipment to apply a range of laminates to printed graphics. • Trimming and finishing printed graphics accurately to specification. • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. • Reading and following production paperwork and job instructions. • Carrying out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laminating equipment. • Working efficiently to meet production deadlines. • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
