Lancashire LA, Reed Education and Lancashire Professional Development Service (LPDS) operate this service, providing employment opportunities in Lancashire schools for ECTs; opportunities that often open the door to contractual employment. We support schools with their recruitment for permanent, fixed term and long term supply cover roles.
