Job description

LEAD DATA ANALYST LONDON/HYBRID UP TO £55,000 This is an opportunity to take ownership of advanced analytics within a growing data function and shape how insight is delivered across high profile client work. You will move beyond standard reporting, driving best practice analytics across campaign strategy, execution and performance, while building towards a leadership role. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Lead Data Analyst will: • Lead the delivery of advanced analytics across pre campaign analysis, campaign creation support and outcome evaluation • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring analytical best practice and high quality outputs across the team • Work with a wide range of data including campaign performance, sales, financial and customer datasets • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders • Support and mentor junior analysts, initially overseeing one or two team members with scope to grow to a larger team • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance the use of advanced analytics within the business • Manage multiple projects and priorities within fast paced, client driven timelines YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: • Strong programming capability in Python • Experience working with large, complex datasets and performing advanced analysis • Ability to draw insight from varied data sources and communicate findings effectively • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, or a clear desire to move into leadership • Exposure to commercial or client facing environments is beneficial but not essential • Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and validation principles APPLY BELOW!
