Lead People Partner

We are currently working in partnership with an Educational Support Service based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Lead People Partner on a permanent full-time basis. The position is due to start in September, and is a home-based role with a client basis across Kent and on-site travel will be required for essential in person meetings. The successful candidate must have experience in a role managing a client file and it is highly desirable to have your own vehicle. Duties will include (but are not limited to): - Demonstrated the commercial value of people services to schools - Identified market trends and opportunities to enhance people services - Led the development of HR policies and employee relations initiatives - Provided expert advice on complex employee relations cases - Coached managers to effectively manage employee relations issues - Analysed HR data to identify trends and improve services - Supported schools with organisational change, restructures and TUPE Experience required: - Managing a portfolio of clients and complex employee relations cases - Experience supporting organisational change, including TUPE - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable Skills, knowledge and expertise required: - Strong employment law and HR knowledge - Excellent stakeholder and relationship management - Commercial and data-driven approach - Strong coaching and influencing skills Rewards and Benefits: - Flexible Home Based Working - 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Generous pension and BUPA Cash Plan Working hours: - 35 hours per week - Monday – Friday, Flexible Working Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
