Job description

Learning and Development Coordinator (Hybrid / Remote) needed, £28,077 per annum - Reference: 5301054 We are looking for a candidate to support the delivery of effective learning, providing support and assistance to colleagues on a daily basis. You will ideally have strong organisation and admin skills and have an understanding of learning and development and the employee lifecycle. • Suitable candidates will be based in or close by our operating region which includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London. Flexible and home working available with regular travel to our HUBS for team days. To support the delivery of effective employee experience and organisational learning interventions that support transformation strategy. Support learning activity and essential training compliance through effective co-ordination. Key Accountabilities • To be responsible for the co-ordination of leader and colleague learning interventions, to include liaising with suppliers or SMEs, sending invites, maintaining attendance registers and tracking responses • The co-ordination of essential and mandatory compliance training as determined by the job role • Maintain all training records in talent management system as required • To formally report training performance and compliance to relevant groups across the business • Have joint responsibility of ensuring EE&OL team are able to maximise digitisation in our learning offer and reporting capability through Learn • Be responsible for maintaining data on leadership engagement with development • Responsible for tracking expenditure on Learning and Experience budgets including • Have joint ownership of the team inbox and manage associated calendars • Support the wider EE&OL team in the delivery of effective employee experience and organisational learning interventions • Work closely with the EE Co-ordinator to create effective co-ordination of all EE&OL activity This is a full time role on a permanent basis.
