Learning Co-ordinator Salary: £28,077 Are you an organised administrator with experience in learning and development? Do you enjoy co-ordinating multiple priorities while delivering an excellent service to colleagues? We are recruiting for a Learning Co-ordinator to join a busy People team, supporting the delivery of learning and development activities across a large organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who is looking to develop their career within Learning and Development. What is on Offer? • Salary of £28,077 • Hybrid working with flexible home working • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm • Comprehensive employee benefits package • Generous annual leave • Pension scheme • Ongoing learning and development • Permanent, full-time position The Role As a Learning Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of effective learning and development activities, providing day-to-day support to colleagues and helping to ensure learning programmes run smoothly across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: • Co-ordinating learning and training activities. • Providing administrative support across the learning function. • Maintaining accurate training records and reporting data. • Supporting mandatory learning and compliance activity. • Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. • Communicating confidently with colleagues across the business. • Supporting learning initiatives that contribute to organisational change and employee development. About You To be successful, you will have: • Significant experience in administration and co-ordination. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • An understanding of learning and development and the employee lifecycle. • Awareness of how learning supports organisational change. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. • A proactive, customer-focused approach. Location This is a hybrid role. Candidates should live within or close to the operating region, covering Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
