We're Hiring | Learning Operations Specialist | Southampton | 6-Month Contract I'm currently recruiting for a Learning Operations Specialist to join a leading UK organisation on a 6-month contract. Location: Southampton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week onsite) - SO16 0AS Rate: £200-£250 per day (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Learning Operations professional to support a busy Learning, Talent & Development team. You'll be responsible for managing learning administration, supporting Workday Learning, coordinating with training providers, handling learner requests, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning operations. Key Requirements Experience in Learning & Development Administration or Learning Operations Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience Workday Learning experience is highly desirable Experience managing training requests, learner records, and course administration Supplier coordination and PO/invoice administration experience Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience • Workday Learning Administration • LinkedIn Learning • O'Reilly, DataCamp or Pluralsight • Apprenticeship administration • Learning budgets and mandatory training reporting If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please get in touch or send your CV.
