The Role • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and complex needs. • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development. • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social interactions. • Assisting teachers and therapists in delivering personalised learning programmes. • Supporting pupils with their emotional, social, and educational development. • Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment. We Are Looking For Previous experience supporting children or adults with SEN, disabilities, or additional needs. Candidates from backgrounds such as: • Care and support work • Residential childcare • Youth work • Nursery or childcare settings • Teaching Assistant roles • Mental health support • Healthcare and community support Individuals who are naturally empathetic, patient, resilient, and understanding.
