Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Clacton-on-Sea - September StartProspero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children in their learning and helping them reach their full potential within a positive and inclusive school environment. The school is looking for a committed practitioner with strong communication skills, a patient and nurturing approach, and a genuine desire to support pupils both academically and socially. CONTRACT DETAILSLocation - Clacton-on-Sea Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Type of work - Classroom and learning support Start date - September Duration - Ongoing / Long-term Full time/part-time - Full time Rate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience) Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS • Experience supporting children in a UK school setting (placements accepted) • Relevant Teaching Assistant or Learning Support qualifications desirable • Experience working with pupils with additional learning needs is beneficial • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: • Hold Right to Work in the UK • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one • Provide two professional child-related references OTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
