Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary SEN School Location: Dunstable, Primary Academy Contract: Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Dunstable for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is looking to develop their career within primary education. The role offers the potential to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working within a primary school or educational setting. Experience supporting children with SEN, or a genuine passion for working with pupils with additional needs. A caring, patient and positive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The role includes: Supporting pupils with a range of SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis. Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Encouraging pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support individual learning needs.
