This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and are considering a future career in teaching. About the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning and development. You will play a key role in helping children to achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom • Working with individuals and small groups of pupils • Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management • Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs About YouWe are looking for candidates who: • Have a genuine passion for education and supporting children's learning • Are motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive • Are considering a future in teaching (e.g. progressing to a teaching degree) • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Work well as part of a team and are willing to learn Experience working with children is desirable but not essential-we value attitude, commitment, and potential.
