Role Overview - Learning Support Assistant As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. The Learning Support Assistant will work alongside teachers to ensure pupils remain engaged and are able to access learning effectively. The Learning Support Assistant will also contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
