Learning Support Assistants needed in Rotherham

Key Responsibilities: • Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development. • Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment. • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students. • Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks. Requirements: • Previous experience working with children with SEN or working in healthcare / care work • A compassionate and patient approach. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
