Job Title: Leasehold Asset Services Manager Contract Type: Secondment or fixed term contract for 6 months Salary: £56593.87 per annum (£61478.49 per annum is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role) Working Hours: 35 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Location: Speke, Liverpool We have an immediate short-term opportunity within the Homeownership Asset Strategy & Delivery team to provide temporary cover for a key operational and service delivery role. This opportunity is intended as a 6 month secondment/fixed term contract to support continuity of service. The focus is on maintaining effective delivery of planned and reactive repairs services for Homeownership customers, ensuring that works are managed through our contractors in a robust, timely and customer-focused way. This would be a good development opportunity for someone with strong asset, repairs, contractor management, leasehold or operational service delivery experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to Homeownership, planned works, customer engagement and service charge-related governance. The difference you will make as a Leasehold Asset Services Manager Responsible for ensuring effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO properties, in line with lease requirements, business priorities and the Group’s Asset Management Strategy, ensuring works are delivered to cost, quality and timescales. About you We are looking for someone with: • Experience within the building industry, ideally working within the Leasehold Sector. • Relevant building qualification e.g. Higher National Certificate in Building, or equivalent. • Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation. • In-depth knowledge of building regulations. • Ability to interpret leasehold legal terminology. • Experience of producing clear, well-structured reports for senior leadership teams, including Board level, to successfully inform decision making. • Ability to interpret business requirements using a variety of data. • Results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information.
