Leasing Associate

Our client is seeking a Leasing Associate to join the team at a flagship 300+ unit Build to Rent development. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the leasing journey from initial enquiry through to move-in • Conduct engaging property tours and showcase the benefits of the community • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing residents • Respond to enquiries promptly and maintain accurate CRM records • Support occupancy and leasing targets through proactive follow-up and conversion activity • Coordinate move-ins, inventories and tenancy administration • Work closely with the wider onsite team to ensure an exceptional resident experience • Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings to maximise leasing performance Your Requirements: • Experience in Build to Rent, PBSA, residential lettings, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Commercially minded with an ability to influence and convert enquiries • Experience using CRM systems and managing customer pipelines • Positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for customer service • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the site's leasing operation What's On Offer? • Opportunity to join a recognised and growing Build to Rent operator • Potential performance-based leasing incentives • Premium development with excellent resident amenities • Supportive and collaborative onsite team environment • Career development opportunities within a growing residential platform • The chance to play a key role in shaping the resident experience at a flagship community
