Job description

We’re working with a highly respected creative education provider to appoint a Lecturer with a strong background in contemporary art and curatorial practice. This role sits within a postgraduate-level programme and offers the opportunity to work with an international cohort of students in a collaborative, studio-led learning environment. What You’ll Be Doing Teaching & Student Development Deliver engaging sessions including seminars, workshops and critiques, supporting students across both theory and practice. Curriculum Contribution Support the ongoing development of a forward-thinking programme that reflects current trends and global perspectives within contemporary art. Research & Practice Maintain an active professional or research practice, contributing to the wider academic and creative community. Collaboration Work closely with colleagues across disciplines, contributing to a flexible and team-led teaching approach. External Engagement Support programme visibility through events, talks and industry engagement where required. Programme Support Contribute to general academic administration and coordination. What We’re Looking For • Background in contemporary art, curatorial practice or a related field • Experience teaching, mentoring or delivering workshops • A degree in a relevant discipline (postgraduate preferred) • Active involvement in creative practice or research • Strong communication and presentation skills • Collaborative, adaptable and student-focused approach
