Hairdressing Lecturer • Location: West London • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: £30 to £40 per hour We are seeking a Hairdressing Lecturer to deliver high-quality instruction in hairdressing at Level 2 and Level 3. This role involves teaching from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a late-night practical class. Ideal candidates will be passionate educators with a deep understanding of hairdressing techniques and trends. Day-to-day of the role: • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in hairdressing for Level 2 and Level 3 courses. • Prepare lesson plans and practical demonstrations that meet curriculum standards. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. • Manage classroom resources and setup for practical sessions. • Possibly conduct late-night classes to accommodate practical learning needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Must hold a Level 3 qualification in hairdressing. • A teaching qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory. • Proven experience in teaching or training in the field of hairdressing. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. • Commitment to continuous professional development in both educational and hairdressing fields.
