What the day will look like You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, providing clear, practical advice across a wide range of UK employment law matters. Your work will span the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and contracts through to complex employee relations issues, restructures and exits. You will advise on areas including redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal claims, working with external counsel where needed. You will also support policy development, deliver training, and help embed best practice across the business. Alongside your UK focus, you may also gain exposure to wider EMEA matters, working as part of a well-connected global legal function.
