Job description

A leading international law firm with an excellent reputation for advising on high profile, complex matters for a prestigious global client base are now looking for an EA to join their finance practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing but very friendly team, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to exciting, market leading work. Key Responsibilities • Provide high quality administrative support to fee earners, including diary and inbox management, gatekeeping, and meeting coordination. • Prepare, format, amend, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and correspondence. • Manage billing, expenses, time recording, and new client/matter administration. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries. • Maintain client records, contacts, and business development information within the firm's CRM system. • Assist with document management, filing, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks. • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering a high standard of service. • Support wider team projects and provide additional assistance where required. About you: • Previous experience as a Legal PA/ EA in a law firm. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Able to handle confidential information with discretion. • Flexible to meet the needs of the business. • Comfortable working in the office 4 days a week minimum.
