Client Support Coordinator Norwich | Full Time | Office Based An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Support Coordinator to join a busy professional services team in Norwich. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, managing processes, and delivering an outstanding client experience from initial enquiry through to onboarding. The Role As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding journey while supporting the wider team with administrative and compliance-related activities. Key Responsibilities • Responding to client enquiries via telephone, email and online channels. • Preparing and issuing quotations and onboarding documentation. • Opening new client files and managing referrals. • Conducting identity verification and compliance checks, including AML and source of funds reviews. • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems. • Supporting the scheduling of appointments and coordinating workflows. • Assisting with document requests, file administration and general team support. • Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory, compliance and service standards. • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the client journey. About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, coordination or professional services environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • The ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively. • Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information. • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM or case management systems. • A proactive, positive and professional approach to work. • The ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
