Legal Secretary £35,000 - £38,000 *DOE City of London - Hybrid Working 9am - 5.30pm Full Time, Permanent Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Secretary with a passion for the legal field? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a team of dedicated professionals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our clients growing and vibrant team in London. This is a chance to become an integral part of a supportive and enthusiastic workplace! What You'll Do: • Drafting and formatting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence. • Managing schedules and appointments for lawyers, ensuring timely communication and organisation. • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases. • Maintaining and organising case files, both physical and electronic. • Handling client inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. • Supporting a busy fee earning team and billing and administration.
