Job description

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, highly regarded law firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service and creating a supportive, friendly working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional Legal Support Administrator to join a busy Private Client team, providing dedicated support to an experienced lawyer. If you enjoy working in a varied administrative role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you have previous legal support experience or come from another professional services environment with excellent administration and typing skills, this could be the perfect next step in your career. The RoleYou'll play a key part in ensuring clients receive a first-class service by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. Your responsibilities will include: • Opening new client files and completing client onboarding procedures. • Preparing, formatting and typing correspondence, letters, attendance notes and legal documents. • Managing diaries and arranging client appointments. • Speaking with clients professionally over the telephone and in person. • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper files. • Scanning, photocopying and document management. • General office administration to support the Private Client department. • Ensuring documentation is accurate, organised and compliant with firm procedures. We're Looking For Someone Who Has: • Excellent typing and keyboard skills with strong attention to detail. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. • Outstanding organisational and time management skills. • A professional, friendly and empathetic approach to clients. • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work accurately under pressure. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
