Letter Writer - September Start Remote Salary: £13 per hour plus holiday pay Temporary to Permanent Are you a confident writer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for producing clear, professional correspondence? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Remote Letter Writer, working in a supportive team where your writing skills will make a real impact. In this role, you will investigate parking appeals and draft clear, accurate responses to parking notice appeals in line with organisational policies. You will receive 1 week of office-based training in South West London, close to excellent public transport links, before moving into a remote working pattern that offers flexibility and a strong work-life balance. What you’ll be doing: • Writing clear, professional responses to emails, letters and parking notice appeals. • Using your judgement and attention to detail to investigate parking appeals and prepare clear, policy-compliant responses. • Producing well-structured correspondence that is easy to understand and delivered to a high standard. • Supporting the wider team with general administration and post-processing tasks when needed. What we’re looking for: • Excellent written English, with strong grammar, spelling and attention to detail. • A natural ability to write clear, confident and professional correspondence. • Demonstrable business writing experience, ideally gained in an office or administrative environment. • Previous administrative experience and confidence handling written communication. • Great organisation skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work efficiently from home. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, earning £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
