Pear Recruitment: Lettings Administrator Location: Harringay Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday – 9am - 6pm Our client is a well-established and respected estate agency located in the heart of Harringay. They are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their friendly and successful team. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to work, excellent organisational skills, and a strong administrative background. You will be professional, well-presented, and confident using a range of computer software, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. We're looking for someone who is personable, confident, and approachable, with outstanding communication skills, impeccable telephone etiquette, and a positive, team-focused attitude. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering excellent administrative support. A stable employment history is preferred. The role includes: • Facilitating the smooth running of the office • Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate • Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients an • buyers in line with HMRC guidelines • Ensuring all lettings properties have the relevant compliance certificates and money laundering regulation checks in place prior to tenancy commencement • Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual & formal letters • Recording all financial outgoings of the office via petty cash spreadsheets and liaising with the accounting team monthly • General office administrative duties Skills Required: • 1 Years’ Experience • Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone • Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude • Calm under pressure • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload • Good English grammar and spelling • Excellent telephone manner • Attention to detail • Able to take initiative and be pro-active. • Self-motivated If you are interested in this Lettings Administrator position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
