Are you an experienced Lettings Administrator, or perhaps a Lettings Negotiator looking to move into a more administrative role? Maybe you've built your career in residential or commercial property administration and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. If you're highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced office, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to become an integral part of our busy Windsor office. This is a varied role where you'll act as the right-hand support to the Office Manager, helping to ensure the day-to-day operation of the office runs seamlessly while delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants and contractors. No two days are the same. You'll be involved in every aspect of supporting the lettings team, taking ownership of key administrative processes and ensuring deals progress efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day administration and organisation • Managing lettings progression from offer through to completion • Chasing landlords and tenants for outstanding documentation, including Terms of Business and Land Registry documents • Coordinating contractors and managing office keys • Diary management, arranging appointments and providing administrative support to the wider team • Greeting visitors and assisting with front-of-house duties • Updating and maintaining property window displays • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently • Ensuring office administration is completed accurately and on time About You You'll already have experience working within the property sector and understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities. We're looking for someone who is: • Experienced within lettings administration, estate agency or property administration • A former Lettings Negotiator looking to move into an administrative role would also be considered • Friendly, approachable and professional • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Proactive and able to spot what needs doing without being asked • Confident managing a varied workload and prioritising tasks • Comfortable speaking with landlords, tenants, contractors and clients over the phone and in person • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel This role would suit someone who enjoys being the person everyone relies on.
