We're recruiting for a Lettings Advisor to join an industry-recognised professional organisation based in Warwick. This is a phone-based advisory position supporting lettings agencies across the UK, providing guidance on regulatory matters, compliance queries, and landlord & tenant issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with strong industry knowledge and a confident telephone manner to move into a specialist advisory role within a structured and supportive environment. The Role As a Lettings Advisor, you will: • Handle incoming telephone queries from lettings professionals across the UK • Provide guidance and advice on lettings regulations, compliance, and industry best practice • Log accurate data and record member interactions on the CRM system • Review and support the completion of legal documents and templates • Escalate complex legal or regulatory queries where appropriate • Stay up to date with property legislation, policy changes, and industry developments • Deliver a high standard of customer service and professional support Lettings Advisor Requirements • Experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law • Excellent telephone manner • Ability to listen to and interpret member enquiries and provide relevant advice. • Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
