Property Viewing & Lettings Assistant (Temporary) Location: Lincoln (multiple sites) Contract: Temporary Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, 3 days per week Pay: £14.00 per hour + 0.55p per mile mileage allowance The role We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Property Viewing & Lettings Assistant to support a portfolio of residential properties across Sheffield. This is a field-based role and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential. Working across multiple locations, you will support the lettings and property management teams with property viewings, resident support and general operational activities. • Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants • Access properties using the electronic locking system • Collect utility meter readings from properties • Meet contractors, including Openreach engineers, to provide property access • Support sales and marketing activities to help maximise occupancy levels • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants • Assist with property inspections and reporting • Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors regarding property issues • Support check-ins, check-outs and room inspections • Assist with summer turnaround and end-of-tenancy activities • Build positive relationships with residents and support tenant retention initiatives Skills & experience • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle • Previous customer service, lettings, property or hospitality experience preferred • Confident communicating with residents, contractors and prospective tenants • Well organised and able to manage a varied workload across multiple locations • Reliable, professional and customer focused • Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites • Good IT skills and attention to detail • Flexible approach and willingness to support operational requirements across the portfolio
