This is a brand-new lettings department inside a hugely successful development group, and they're looking for a Lettings Executive who wants momentum, earning potential, and a long-term career path. They can prove dozens of internal promotions - this is a place where people genuinely grow. What you'll be doing: • Running viewings across premium developments • Acting as the first point of contact for all applicant enquiries • Building relationships with prospective tenants and delivering a standout customer journey • Managing lettings administration including applications, agreements, and communication logs • Representing the brand within a modern, luxury city-centre office What you'll bring: • Some lettings or sales experience is helpful • A track record of hitting targets • Confidence, initiative, and a proactive mindset • Strong written and verbal communication • A friendly, positive personality with real customer-service focus • Manchester knowledge is a bonus What's on offer: • £26,500 basic salary • £45k OTE in year one - genuinely achievable • The best commission structure in Manchester • A modern, luxury office environment • A fun, ambitious, supportive culture • Clear, proven career progression
