Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their successful Honiton office. Lettings Manager Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for leading the lettings department, driving business development, managing a successful team, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the office. The role offers a varied mix of winning new business, supporting landlords and tenants, developing your team, and ensuring the department continues to grow across East Devon. Lettings Manager Key Duties • Conduct market appraisals and win new lettings instructions • Manage and grow the existing lettings portfolio • Create and market new property listings • Negotiate tenancy agreements and offers • Support aspects of the property management process • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Lead, motivate and develop the lettings team • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process Lettings Manager Key Skills • Minimum of three years' experience within residential lettings • Previous experience in a senior lettings or management position is advantageous • Strong business development and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and organisational abilities • A proactive, motivated and customer-focused approach • Confident using CRM systems and general IT software • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle Lettings Manager Package • £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary OTE of £38,000 - £40,000 • Company pension • Free onsite parking • Friendly, supportive and established team • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, one in three Saturday mornings (9:00am - 1:00pm) with time off in lieu Clearview Recruitment specialises exclusively in the property sector.
