The RoleAs Lettings Manager, you will take ownership of the lettings department, driving performance, instructions, and profitability. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and growing a residential lettings portfolio • Conducting valuations and securing new instructions • Driving new business and renewal performance • Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in • Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships • Supporting and developing experienced lettings staff • Ensuring consistent high levels of service and compliance • Driving departmental targets and overall performance • Identifying and converting business opportunities RequirementsTo be successful in this Lettings Manager role, you will have: • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Valuer • Strong valuation and instruction-winning experience (essential) • Commercial mindset with a strong track record of performance • Confident leadership and team management ability • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail What’s on Offer • £40,000 basic salary (DOE) • £60,000 – £70,000 OTE • Override on renewals and new business • No weekend working • Monday–Thursday: 9:30am – 5:30pm • Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm • Prime Central London market exposure • Established multi-branch independent agency • Strong progression opportunities • High-performing and supportive environment
