Key responsibilities include: • Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team across the region • Delivering operational targets and maintaining high service standards • Developing and implementing business generation strategies to win new instructions • Conducting property valuations and client meetings • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on business performance • Providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members What We're Looking For • Proven experience within a senior lettings management role, ideally as a Head of Lettings • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful teams • Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and industry best practices • Commercially minded with a target-driven approach • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Experience using CRM and lettings software systems • Full UK driving licence essential • ARLA Propertymark Level 3 or Level 4 qualification preferred (not essential) Working Hours Monday to Friday Based primarily in the Manchester office, with travel to Lancashire and Sheffield branches required once or twice per week
