Lettings Manager

Lettings Manager Walker & Sloan are working with an established independent property business to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow its residential lettings operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lettings professional looking to take ownership of a successful department, strengthen an existing landlord portfolio and drive further growth across the local market. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day lettings function while also playing a key role in generating new business and maintaining exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities will include: • Carrying out rental market appraisals and converting new instructions. • Developing new landlord relationships and maximising business opportunities. • Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to tenancy. • Supporting and mentoring members of the lettings team. • Ensuring all compliance and legislative requirements are met. • Monitoring departmental performance and identifying opportunities for growth. • Working closely with senior management to help achieve business objectives. About You • Previous experience within residential lettings. • Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new business. • Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • A positive, proactive and commercially focused approach.
