Lettings Manager

• OTE: £80,000-£100,000+ • £50,000 basic • Full-time, Permanent Lettings Manager Location: Chiswick, W4 Salary: £50,000 basic + £1,000 per month car allowance OTE: £80,000–£100,000+ Job Type: Full-time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing Chiswick office. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a finished platform. You will have the opportunity to build market share, win instructions, grow the managed portfolio and develop a high-performing lettings team over time. The role would suit an experienced Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator or Valuer with a strong record of winning business, building landlord relationships and driving office revenue. The Role As Lettings Manager, you will lead the growth of the office across Chiswick and West London. You will be responsible for generating new landlord instructions, developing local relationships, progressing deals and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Key responsibilities include: • Winning new landlord instructions and valuation opportunities • Driving revenue, managed portfolio growth and market share • Building relationships with landlords, investors, developers and local businesses • Managing the lettings pipeline and ensuring strong deal progression • Delivering consistent monthly revenue and new business performance • Supporting recruitment, training and development as the team grows • Maintaining high standards across client service, compliance and office operations • Contributing to wider business strategy and growth plans The Ideal Candidate • Proven experience within residential lettings • Previous management, valuation or senior leadership experience • Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue • Experience growing managed portfolios • Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated by growth • Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Professional, polished and confident with clients • Full UK driving licence required • Knowledge of Chiswick, West London or surrounding markets would be beneficial Package • £50,000 basic salary • £1,000 per month car allowance • Uncapped commission structure • Realistic OTE of £80,000–£100,000+ • iPhone and business tools provided • Clear progression within a growing business • Incentive trips, company events and performance rewards Working Hours Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:30pm Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Every other Saturday, 10:00am to 3:00pm This is a strong opportunity for a commercially sharp lettings professional who wants genuine ownership, high earning potential and the chance to build something meaningful in a prime West London market.
