We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Match tenants with suitable rental properties • Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process • Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships • Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets • Contribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care Lettings Negotiator Requirements: • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role • Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for the property industry • Full UK driving licence • Desire to exceed targets and progress within the industry What's on Offer? • £23,000 basic salary • £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission • Monthly bonus structure • 21 days holiday + bank holidays + additional Christmas break • Parking • Petrol support • Clear career progression, including the opportunity to progress into listings • Supportive independent agency environment Working Hours • 5-day working week • Alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day in return) Apply Today!
