About the Company We are working with a market-leading estate agency with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service and results across the Cambridge property market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers to successfully match tenants with suitable properties.
