With their continued expansion, we're on the lookout for a passionate Lettings Negotiator to become part of this vibrant and forward-thinking team based in Clifton, Bristol. Lettings Negotiator Role Overview: You'll be joining a friendly, experienced team who bring a wealth of knowledge from across the industry. It’s an environment where you can learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow with the business. The team is fun, energetic, and full of personality - and we’re looking for someone just like that to bring their character and enthusiasm to the role! No previous lettings experience is required as full training will be given. Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities: • Registering new applicants • Conducting viewings • Carrying out moving appointments & key releases • Negotiating move-in dates, rent, and furnishings between tenants and landlords • Collecting necessary documentation for referencing • Booking valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer Lettings Negotiator Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency essential • A full, clean driver’s license and access to your own vehicle Lettings Negotiator Package: • Salary: £27,000 OTE £30,000 • Monday to Friday, 8:45am-6pm • 1 in 2 Saturdays • 25 days of holiday + bank holidays • Funded industry exams If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and is looking for a role with real growth potential, we would love to hear from you.
