• Fantastic career progression • Ideal first role in the Lettings Industry • Work with a fabulous team of Property professionals Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Epsom, Surrey Salary: Basic £22,000 + Car allowance OTE £30K+ Y1 Requirements: Must have own car ( allowance provided), must live within a 30-minute commute to Epsom Overview: Our client, a well-established letting agency in Epsom, Surrey, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in property, with the potential for development within the company. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing them with essential information and a positive experience. • Maintain a professional and friendly approach to prospective tenants, answering any questions they may have about the property or tenancy process. • Assist in generating new rental leads and registering applicant information accurately. • Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and responding to queries professionally. • Support the team with administrative duties as required, including updating property listings, assisting with tenancy paperwork, and booking viewings. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient letting experience for all clients. Skills & Experience: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients. • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn. • Good organisational skills, able to manage time effectively and work well under pressure. • Knowledge of the local area is a plus but not essential. • Must be able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Requirements: • Full UK driving license and access to own car (mileage allowance provided) • Must live within a 15-minute commute of Epsom for easy accessibility. • Availability to work on Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu.
