Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – Belsize Park Salary - £20,000, OTE £35,000 – £55,000 Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm, ½ day off when Saturday worked. 1 Saturday off a month 1 year experience necessary Our client is an independent estate agent with a great ethos! Whether you are buying, selling, investing, or renting, their teams pride themselves on their extensive knowledge of the local areas. They offer major advantages over the large corporate estate agencies as their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction! We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience. Duties: • Provide a friendly and professional service. • Register and qualify prospective tenants, understanding their property requirements and matching them to suitable properties. • Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings and valuations. • Keep applicants updated on new property instructions and market developments. • Achieve all daily and weekly targets. • Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants. • Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.
