Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – Belsize Park Salary - £20,000, OTE £35,000 – £55,000 Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm, ½ day off when Saturday worked. 1 Saturday off a month 1 year experience necessary Our client is an independent estate agent with a great ethos! Whether you are buying, selling, investing, or renting, their teams pride themselves on their extensive knowledge of the local areas. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience. Duties: • Provide a friendly and professional service. • Register and qualify prospective tenants, understanding their property requirements and matching them to suitable properties. • Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings and valuations. • Keep applicants updated on new property instructions and market developments. • Achieve all daily and weekly targets. • Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants. • Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.
