Lettings Negotiator

Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in London. This position is responsible for meeting with prospective clients, explaining the company's services, and working with them to find the best fit for their needs while generating new business. Duties and Responsibilities • Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and arrange appointments to view marketed properties. • Prospect new business by meeting potential clients, learning their needs and goals, and presenting the benefits of working with the company. • Negotiate the best solution for each client, supporting them through the full process — pre-qualifying, negotiating terms, closing the deal, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout. • Follow up with clients after closing to ensure a positive experience and ongoing service. • Take on new landlord enquiries. • Carry out other duties as assigned.
