The Roles & ResponsibilitiesSenior Lettings Negotiator • Market Mastery: Proactively seek out, retain, and secure new business while managing premium property listings. • Deal Generation: Conduct high-volume viewings, manage and maintain a hyper-accurate applicant database, and close lucrative deals. • Client Relations: Deliver flawless, regular feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring a seamless journey. • Target Crusher: Bring a self-motivated, "can-do" attitude to consistently smash monthly and quarterly targets. Junior Lettings Negotiator • Applicant Management: Register fresh applicants and expertly match premium properties to their specific needs. • Viewings & Closures: Conduct energetic property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals (with dedicated, expert managerial support to fast-track your skills). • Liaison Hub: Act as the key point of contact between landlords, tenants, and clients to build lasting professional relationships. The Ideal Candidate • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven success in residential lettings or sales (essential for both roles). • Mobility: Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. • Attributes: Professional, fiercely ambitious, enthusiastic, and highly organized with sharp attention to detail. • Tech Savvy: Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working Hours • Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm • Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm • Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am – 1:00pm (Every other week) Positions are open for an immediate start in Hammersmith and interviews are happening now.
