We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a highly respected and established agency in Manchester. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. While the role is primarily focused on lettings, there is also the opportunity to support the sales team, making this a fantastic position for someone looking to broaden their experience. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Negotiate lettings and sales offers • Manage tenant applications and referencing processes • Arrange property check-outs and inspections • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors • Maintain accurate diary management and appointments • Support the Property Management team when required • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lettings process Lettings Negotiator Requirements • Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle • Passionate about the property industry • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Hard-working with a proactive attitude • Able to work independently as well as part of a team • Local Manchester market knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer? • £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) • Realistic OTE of £28,000 - £31,000 • Monday to Friday working hours (8:45am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch) • Excellent work-life balance with no weekend working • Opportunity to gain exposure to both lettings and property sales • Join a well-established, independent agency with an excellent local reputation Apply Today!
