Lettings Negotiator Location: Mill Hill, London Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Basic (DOE) Car Allowance: £180 per month OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 Lettings Negotiator - Mill HillAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established, independent multi-branch estate agency based in Mill Hill. This successful agency has built a strong reputation within the local market and is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to become part of its friendly and supportive team. This Lettings Negotiator role offers exposure to the full lettings process, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position that combines customer service, property viewings, administration, and business development. If you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to progress your career within a respected independent agency, this could be the perfect opportunity. The RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will support landlords and tenants throughout the entire lettings journey, from initial enquiry through to move-in. The successful Lettings Negotiatorwill be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.
