We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Holloway office, offering excellent earning potential, a strong applicant database and plenty of opportunities to generate business. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting people and is motivated by commission and career progression. What's on Offer? £25,000 Basic Salary Uncapped Commission Company Car Mobile Phone Birthday Off Corporate Gym Membership Perkbox Subscription Professional Development Support Long-Term Career Progression Key Responsibilities • Conducting property viewings • Registering and qualifying applicants • Negotiating tenancy agreements • Building strong landlord and tenant relationships • Generating new business opportunities • Managing applicant pipelines • Delivering exceptional customer service • Working towards and exceeding branch targets Essential Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have: At least 2 years' experience within Residential Lettings Experience conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing lets Strong customer service and business generation skills Previous experience using Reapit would be advantageous Full UK Driving Licence Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 2 years' lettings experience, as applications without the required industry background will not be considered.
