The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Manage incoming enquiries and register prospective tenants • Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the process • Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and applicants • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities to support growth of the lettings portfolio • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process • Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy journey • Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Lettings Negotiator Requirements: • Proven experience within residential lettings • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle What's on Offer? • Basic salary of £25,000 • Car allowance • Realistic OTE of up to £35,000 • Uncapped earning potential • Genuine career progression opportunities • Positive and supportive working environment • Ongoing professional training and development Apply Today!
